By participating in any Cross Continental Challenge event, you are agreeing and fully understand that on certain parts of the trip are most likely to encounter a high element of danger to both yourself and your personal property. You agree that you are fully aware of these potential dangers and that you are entirely responsible for your own actions, wellbeing and personal safety. You understand that this is a non-commercial project with no funding and that any information provided, that proves to be inaccurate from its point of origin or is passed on, should it ultimately end up misleading on account of human nature, misinformation or accidental error is understood. Participating in this rally means that you understand there is no form of back up medical facility, teams or group, official or otherwise. For your own personal safety and protection, you are solely responsible for your own actions. If you find that you have a problem, other team members may try and assist if possible in the true spirit of good sportsmanship and camaraderie. If however, as a last resort no-one is able to assist you for whatever means, you understand that you are entirely on your own and that it is your responsibility to make your own way back to your point of patronage.
